Sushma is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 25+ years of experience across industries. Her responsibilities include leading the HR function enabling internal growth, developing people and process capabilities, driving a culture of high-performance and engagement, continuously improving employee experience, and strengthening the business alignment of the HR function.Under her stewardship, The Smart Cube has been listed as a Great Place to Work for six years in a row now. Sushma studied Electronics & Communications Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and is a Post Graduate in HR from SIMS, Pune. She dedicated the early decade of her career serving the Indian Navy as Lieutenant Commander. Sushma is a fitness & health conscious person practicing power yoga.
