The Smart Cube is proud to be certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fifth year running

LONDON, 8 February 2022 — The Smart Cube, a global provider of strategic research and analytics solutions, today announced it has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fifth year running, by the Great Place To Work® Institute. 

Last month, The Smart Cube announced it has grown revenues by more than 40% and doubled its advanced analytics business in 2021. Key business highlights included:

• Grew revenues from existing client base by 117% and by almost 50% from new clients
• Client base now includes four of the top five global CPG companies and three of the top five Life Sciences companies
• Achieved 95% revenue retention 
• Recruited 326 new team members worldwide

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, the organisation has surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide. Every year, more than 10,000 organisations from 60+ countries partner with the Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. Great Place To Work® Institute’s methodology is recognised as rigorous and objective, and is considered the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government.

Two-thirds of the total score was based on an anonymous employee survey that measured the underlying level of trust within The Smart Cube. This was evaluated using the Trust Index Model, comprising five parameters – the level of employees’ trust in the leadership team, employees’ pride in their work, their perception of credibility and respect for people they work with, the opportunities for growth, and the camaraderie. One-third was based on the Great Place To Work® Institute’s assessment of The Smart Cube’s policies and work done within the evaluation year.
